The final program assessment is conducted once students have completed the required study load for their respective degree levels. This assessment includes all courses planned by the students in their valid Course Registration (KRS) across all semesters, using the GPA formula as follows:

Applicable Provisions:
a. Student is considered to have completed their academic program upon fulfilling the required curriculum load with: GPA > 2.00 with no E grades for Bachelor’s and Applied Bachelor’s programs; GPA > 3.00 with no D grades for Professional and Master’s programs; GPA > 3.25 with no D grades for Doctoral programs.
b. The GPA obtained from all completed coursework is one of the determining factors for graduation honors. Graduation honors serve as academic recognition for a student’s achievements throughout their studies at IPB. The graduation honors and their criteria are listed in Table S.7: Graduation Honors Based on Final Assessment.

c. Graduation from the professional program may be awarded with an academic distinction based on the IPB Education Quality Standards, as follows: Satisfactory for a GPA of 3.00–3.50, Very Satisfactory for a GPA of 3.51–3.75, Cum Laude for a GPA above 3.75, with a maximum study duration of 1 year (2 semesters) for regular students and 1 semester for RPL students.
d. Graduation and academic distinctions are determined by the Dean of the Faculty/School.
e. Students who have met all academic and administrative graduation requirements are entitled to receive a Graduation Certificate (Surat Keterangan Lulus/SKL) from the Faculty/School and are eligible to participate in the IPB graduation ceremony.
