a) A remedial exam is an exam for a specific course held after the final grade of the course has been announced, in which students receive a grade of D or E. The remedial exam is conducted based on the course contract. If the course contract does not include a provision for a remedial exam, then the remedial exam cannot be conducted.

b) Students who receive a grade of D or E due to failing to attend the entire series of courses are not allowed to take the remedial exam.

c) The deadline for the remedial exam is 2 (two) weeks after the final exam. The grade considered in the GPA is the best grade after the exam retake with a maximum grade of C.

d) The grades for the remedial exam are submitted by the lecturer no later than 1 (one) week after the exam.
